چکیده
The copper/aluminum composite is very important and practical due to its light weight, optimal thermal electrical conductivity. high weight resistance ratio, along with inherent properties, makes it attractive for new applications. In this regard, the use of composites mechanical properties has significantly increased. research, 5000 series aluminum pure copper samples in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th passes have been subjected friction stir welding (FSW) then metallurgical welded compared original samples. order further study results tensile tests, metallography microhardness tests performed. Microstructural evaluation showed that mixing zone was determined by combining layers. an increase yield strength ultimately improvement hardness ultimate weld prototype. Compared stretched samples, greater distance from nugget weld, less microhardness. By changing parameters increasing inlet temperature, uniform dispersion particles performed more appropriately increases strength. Finally, experimental data were modeled using fuzzy logic method considering presented model obtained two indices R-Sq (pred) (adj), 96 99%, respectively. comparison between indicated acceptable error data.

Effect of rotary friction welding variables on mechanical and physical properties of aluminum-copper tube joints
The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of rotary frictional welding process variables on microstructure, mechanical and physical properties of copper-aluminum dual-tube pipes. For this purpose, using a thermosetting friction welding machine, a copper pipe (99.44% purity) with a similar diameter aluminum tube (1050), was welded in three different conditions with different friction pr...

متن کاملAnalysis and Comparison of Friction Stir Welding and Laser Assisted Friction Stir Welding of Aluminum Alloy
Friction Stir Welding (FSW) is a solid-state joining process; i.e., no melting occurs. The welding process is promoted by the rotation and translation of an axis-symmetric non-consumable tool along the weld centerline. Thus, the FSW process is performed at much lower temperatures than conventional fusion welding, nevertheless it has some disadvantages. Laser Assisted Friction Stir Welding (LAFS...
